Positive 

Of course, eating healthy will add many more healthy years of life, as well as helping sustain energy and overall health and wellness. Dieting helps keep a healthy intake of balanced foods, which in turn help keep the body healthy and sustainable.

Negative 

Negative effects of dieting can include for example new members dieting can have different reactions to the healthier foods. This will happen due to the drastic change in foods your body is used to from your old unhealthy habits. Also as a college student, it is very challenging to maintain such a disciplined diet due to all the quick-to-go, and easy access to not as nutritional food sold in our food courts. 

Educational Effects 

As some of us may know the food you put into your body can and will have an effect on your education, it is just up to you whether you want to succeed or prevail in the classroom. A college student will notice more of a drastic change due to the fact they have typically complete control of what they eat. Studies do show that test scores will improve if proper nutritional food has been consumed throughout the day and before going to sleep.
